The facilities were spotless and the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. the hotel was located in a quiet area which allowed for a peaceful stay.

The English language proficiency of the telephone receptionist could do with some improvement. However, she made up for it by being proactive and ensuring that her boss would return my call promptly to resolve my query.

We recently stayed in a hotel that pleasantly surprised us. Despite being a bit of a distance from the center, the value for money was excellent. the hotel's facilities were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with many options to choose from. Although the hotel was a bit out of the way, there were still some positive things about the location. the area was quiet, and secondly, the hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful lake, which provided us with a scenic view from our room.
